The staff at Sol de Villa were so helpful with my luggage, laundry, and currency exchange. The property's free WiFi was a lifesaver. I also enjoyed exploring the nearby UNESCO World Heritage site.
Oh, and let's not forget the amazing lack of sunlight in my room! It was like staying in a luxurious jail cell.

The value for money at this hotel is absolutely fantastic. With its affordable prices, you get so much in return. The attention to detail is evident throughout the entire property. From the beautifully decorated rooms with comfortable beds to the best air conditioning in Southeast Asia, they really know how to make guests feel comfortable. I also loved that the rooms had windows facing a garden, creating a peaceful and serene atmosphere. And let's not forget the breakfast included in the price, a great way to start the day!

Clean rooms and friendly owners. Excellent location near attractions and free bike rental.
Dim bathroom lighting and lack of natural light in the room. Check-out process was confusing and unprofessional.

As someone who has travelled to many places, I can say that my stay in this hotel was fantastic. The staff were some of the nicest and most helpful people I've ever met. They even let me check-in early when I arrived earlier than expected. The hotel is located in a great area, just a 15-minute bike ride away from the beach, and in a quiet location, which made it very peaceful. The room was very clean and spacious and had everything we needed. The breakfast was also very good.
Not one thing. Everything was perfect during my stay at this hotel.

The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a good-sized bathroom. The hotel was conveniently located, within walking/cycling distance of popular attractions and restaurants.
The hotel did not have a secure room for storing baggage after check-out, which felt a bit concerning. There were some maintenance issues, such as a boarded-up window, broken TV, and flooded bathroom, which affected the overall experience.

Spending my Christmas at this hotel was an awesome experience. The hotel's key location allowed me to enjoy both the city and the beach. The room was really clean, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The free bike rentals were a bonus, as I could quickly get around and explore the nearby beautiful areas. Additionally, the hotel had a strong wifi connection that allowed me to stay connected to my loved ones during the festive season.
The hotel's breakfast menu was basic, with lukewarm coffee and greasy pancakes. Also, the ongoing construction work in the adjoining property made my stay a bit noisy and occasionally disrupted my sleep. Nonetheless, the positives outdid the negatives, and I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to explore the surrounding areas of the city and beach. I had a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again.
